Stru\u010dn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, tato \u010d\u00edsla vyjad\u0159uj\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 p\u0159esnosti dan\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu.<\/p><p>Ve snaze o dosa\u017een\u00ed p\u0159esnosti se in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na velmi \u00fazk\u00fd toleran\u010dn\u00ed rozsah. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b zde byl pozorov\u00e1n jeden velmi striktn\u00ed faktor: pokud se tolerance obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed z\u00fa\u017e\u00ed, v\u00fdroba se st\u00e1v\u00e1 obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a t\u00edm i n\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p><p>V\u0161echny v\u00fdrobn\u00ed procesy maj\u00ed sv\u00e9 nedokonalosti. Nulov\u00e1 tolerance je teoreticky nemo\u017en\u00e1. P\u0159esto implementace pokro\u010dil\u00fdch technologi\u00ed, jako je <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/senyorapid.com\/cs\/nejlepsi-cnc-obrabeni\/\">CNC obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed<\/a><\/span> dovedl takov\u00e9 odchylky t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 na \u00farove\u0148 mikroskopick\u00fdch. Tuto hodnotu vol\u00ed konstrukt\u00e9\u0159i. Jsou si dob\u0159e v\u011bdomi toho, \u017ee hotov\u00fd d\u00edl se od n\u00ed bude jen nepatrn\u011b li\u0161it. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed rozm\u011br je v\u00fdchoz\u00edm bodem v\u0161ech odchylek.<\/p><p><strong>Skute\u010dn\u00e1 velikost<\/strong><\/p><p>Toto je skute\u010dn\u00e1, hmatateln\u00e1 v\u011bc. Skute\u010dn\u00e1 velikost je rozm\u011br, kter\u00fd byl nam\u011b\u0159en na kone\u010dn\u00e9m v\u00fdrobku po obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed velikost je sp\u00ed\u0161e c\u00edlov\u00e1, zat\u00edmco skute\u010dn\u00e1 velikost je v\u00fdsledek. Horn\u00ed limit je maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159ijateln\u00fd rozm\u011br. Doln\u00ed limit je minim\u00e1ln\u00ed. Pokud je skute\u010dn\u00e1 velikost d\u00edlu mimo kter\u00fdkoli z limit\u016f, odd\u011blen\u00ed kontroly kvality jej jist\u011b zam\u00edtne.<\/p><p><strong>Odchylka<\/strong><\/p><p>Odchylka je m\u00edrou, jak daleko je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed velikost od limit\u016f.
