concetto: <strong>Che cos'\u00e8 lo stress interno?<\/strong><\/p><p>Lo stress interno si riferisce allo stress residuo autoequilibrante congelato all'interno del polimero (molecole di plastica) all'interno del prodotto stampato dopo <a href=\"https:\/\/senyorapid.com\/it\/stampaggio-iniezione-rapido\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\">stampaggio ad iniezione<\/span><\/span><\/a>La causa principale risiede nel fatto che il processo di raffreddamento del polimero dallo stato fuso allo stato solido \u00e8 un processo di non equilibrio, in cui il tempo di rilassamento delle catene molecolari non corrisponde alla scala temporale del raffreddamento, impedendo al sistema di raggiungere l'equilibrio termodinamico.<\/p><p>In parole semplici: dopo lo stampaggio a iniezione della plastica fusa, a causa del rapido raffreddamento e della solidificazione, le molecole interne di plastica, che tendono a contrarsi e a tornare alla loro forma originale, sono vincolate dalla cavit\u00e0 dello stampo e non riescono a liberarsi da questa tendenza. Quando attraversano passaggi e canali stretti, vengono allungate e raddrizzate con forza da intense forze di taglio, disponendosi nella direzione del flusso (formando un orientamento).<\/li><li><strong>Congelare:<\/strong> Idealmente, se raffreddate lentamente, queste catene molecolari allungate avrebbero tempo sufficiente per rilassarsi e ritornare al loro stato arricciato naturale (spinte dall'aumento di entropia). Ma in realt\u00e0, lo stampo \u00e8 freddo e la velocit\u00e0 di raffreddamento \u00e8 estremamente elevata.<\/li><li><strong>Generazione di stress:<\/strong> La catena molecolare viene istantaneamente \"congelata\" in questo stato allungato e innaturale prima che possa ritrarsi.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e278950 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e278950\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Stress termico causato da un campo di temperatura non uniforme<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8f7176 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b8f7176\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Differenza di temperatura:<\/strong> La plastica fusa (ad esempio a una temperatura superiore a 200 \u00b0C) viene iniettata in uno stampo freddo (ad esempio a 60 \u00b0C). Quando entra in contatto con la parete fredda dello stampo, la superficie si raffredda e si solidifica istantaneamente, formando un \"guscio\" rigido.<\/li><li><strong>Riduzione asincrona:<\/strong> In questa fase, la parte centrale all'interno del prodotto si trova ancora allo stato fuso ad alta temperatura. Man mano che l'interno inizia a raffreddarsi lentamente e a tentare di contrarsi, i suoi movimenti risultano fortemente limitati dal \"guscio duro\" esterno, ormai solidificato.<br \/>Generazione di stress:<\/li><li><strong>Interno:<\/strong> Il nucleo tende a contrarsi, ma viene tirato dal guscio esterno, generando una sollecitazione di trazione (tensione di allungamento) all'interno. La superficie \u00e8 tirata dalla tendenza alla contrazione interna, generando una sollecitazione di compressione (tensione di compressione) sulla superficie.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6fec2ef3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6fec2ef3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Problemi causati dallo stress interno<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6b2c769d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6b2c769d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La tensione interna menzionata sopra rappresenta una condizione contraddittoria: da un lato si desidera rilasciare, dall'altro non si \u00e8 in grado di farlo, a causa dei limiti imposti dalla cavit\u00e0 dello stampo. Cosa succederebbe se ci liberassimo da questi limiti? Si verificherebbero i seguenti problemi.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Deformazione e torsione:<\/strong> Questa \u00e8 la conseguenza pi\u00f9 comune. Quando la distribuzione delle sollecitazioni interne \u00e8 irregolare, il materiale tender\u00e0 a flettersi nella direzione di minore sollecitazione per raggiungere l'equilibrio, con conseguente instabilit\u00e0 delle dimensioni del prodotto e impossibilit\u00e0 di assemblarlo.<\/li><li><strong>Fessurazioni da stress:<\/strong> Questa \u00e8 la conseguenza pi\u00f9 grave. Durante la conservazione, l'utilizzo o il contatto con solventi chimici, un lieve stimolo esterno pu\u00f2 combinarsi con l'enorme stress interno, causando la rottura improvvisa del prodotto.<\/li><li><strong>Riduzione della precisione dimensionale:<\/strong> Il rilascio delle tensioni interne pu\u00f2 causare una lenta deformazione del prodotto nel tempo, rendendolo incapace di soddisfare i requisiti dimensionali dei componenti di precisione.<br \/>Sbiancamento del prodotto e riduzione delle prestazioni ottiche: nelle aree di concentrazione delle sollecitazioni, le variazioni di densit\u00e0 del materiale possono causare la dispersione della luce, con conseguente comparsa di \"linee argentate\" o sbiancamento da stress.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20af92ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"20af92ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">L'effetto della temperatura dello stampo sul miglioramento dello stress interno<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d9400bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6d9400bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Che si tratti di stress direzionale o termico, nel processo di stampaggio a iniezione, per far fronte ai fenomeni avversi causati dallo stress, \u00e8 necessario intervenire in modo fondamentale controllando il tempo di congelamento e il tempo di ritiro.<br \/><strong>Come si regola?<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Esistono due direzioni in termini di maestria artigianale.<\/span><\/p><p>Uno \u00e8 quello di <strong>regolare il tempo di raffreddamento<\/strong> dello strato congelato del prodotto e regolare la contrazione di densit\u00e0 di ciascuna parte attraverso pi\u00f9 fasi di mantenimento della pressione.
