inje\u00e7\u00e3o direta ou pontual e bicos com v\u00e1lvula de controlo. Entre estes, os sistemas de inje\u00e7\u00e3o multiponto requerem especificamente a inclus\u00e3o de uma sec\u00e7\u00e3o de coletor de canais quentes.<\/p><p>O coletor de canais quentes (ou placa de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o) est\u00e1 posicionado entre o bico principal e as unidades centrais de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e controlo da temperatura dos bicos secund\u00e1rios. A sua principal fun\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 direcionar com precis\u00e3o o material fundido \u2014 que entra pelo bico principal \u2014 para cada um dos bicos secund\u00e1rios; a partir da\u00ed, o material fundido flui atrav\u00e9s dos bicos secund\u00e1rios at\u00e9 aos canais de inje\u00e7\u00e3o individuais para completar a fase de enchimento do molde no processo de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o. Tomando como exemplo um coletor fabricado em a\u00e7o S136 ou P20: ao aquecer de uma temperatura ambiente de 20 \u00b0C para uma temperatura de funcionamento de 250 \u00b0C, a sua dilata\u00e7\u00e3o linear pode atingir 1,0\u20131,5 mm. Os princ\u00edpios e requisitos espec\u00edficos do projeto s\u00e3o os seguintes:<br \/><strong>Princ\u00edpio de layout:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>A abordagem preferencial \u00e9 adotar um layout naturalmente equilibrado (como em forma de H, X ou I) para garantir uma simetria completa no comprimento, n\u00famero de curvas e forma geom\u00e9trica dos canais de fluxo, desde o bico principal at\u00e9 cada bico secund\u00e1rio de inje\u00e7\u00e3o de ar quente.
