8. Pay attention to checking whether the guide rails and machine tool protective covers are complete and effective;
9. Pay attention to checking the mechanical accuracy of each moving component to reduce shape and position deviations;
10. Clean the machine tool after work every day, remove iron filings, wipe the coolant in the guide rail area, and prevent the guide rail from rusting.
Daily Maintenance Of Vertical Lathe
Daily maintenance content and requirements:
Time: 10 minutes before and after taking over every day, 1 hour on weekends; Responsible person: The operator shall carry out the inspection, and the inspector shall inspect.
Before starting work:
Firstly, check the shift handover notebook;
Secondly, strictly follow the lubrication chart of the equipment for refueling, ensuring timing, quantity, and quality control;
Thirdly, for equipment that has been shut down for more than 8 hours, it is necessary to first run it at a low speed for 3-5 minutes without starting the equipment, to confirm whether the lubrication system is unobstructed and whether all parts are operating normally before starting to work.
During the work process:
A、 Regularly check the operation of various parts of the equipment and the working condition of the lubrication system. If there are any abnormal situations, immediately notify the inspection personnel for handling;
Tools, workpieces, metal objects, and pedals are strictly prohibited from being placed on the guide surfaces and protective covers.
After the work is completed:
A、 Wipe off the iron filings and coolant on the guide rail surface, and ensure that there is no black oil on the screw and light bar;
B、 Clean up iron filings and debris around the equipment;
C、 Seriously fill in the equipment handover record.
Daily Maintenance Of Boring Machine
Before starting work:
Check whether the various components and mechanisms of the machine tool are intact, and whether the positions of each handle are normal; Clean all parts of the machine tool, observe the lubrication devices, directly lubricate the guide surface of the machine tool with oil, and run it at low speed for a certain period of time.
During the work process:
Mainly for correct operation, it is not allowed to overload the machine tool, and precision machine tools cannot be used for rough machining. If any abnormal phenomena are found during the work process, the machine tool should be stopped immediately for inspection.
After the work is completed:
Clean all parts of the machine tool, move all moving parts of the machine tool to the designated positions, and turn off the power.
Heartless Daily Maintenance
1. The main spindle oil pressure is limited to 8~10kg/cm;
2. Use an oiler to lubricate the machine tool properly before starting up every day;
3. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the maintenance seat skateboard every day, and keep the skateboard clean (clean, free of debris, impurities, and in a lubricated state)
4. Regularly check the tightness of the zipper;
5. Regularly check the tightness of the grinding wheel drive belt;
6. Replace the spindle of the machine tool every 2000 hours of use.
Daily Maintenance Of External Grinding
1. After completing daily homework, use a brush to clean the entire body of the cylindrical grinder. It is strictly prohibited to use an air gun to blow directly onto the workbench or guide rail to prevent iron filings from entering the guide rail and affecting the accuracy of the cylindrical grinder;
2. It is strictly prohibited to use a fan to blow towards the workbench during homework, in order to prevent dust and iron filings from rolling into the guide rail, affecting the accuracy and feel of the guide rail;
3. The guide rail oil of the external cylindrical grinder should be replaced and added in a timely manner. Generally, if the oil in the oil sight glass is cloudy or blackened, it should be replaced every 3-6 months, the first three months, and then every 6 months thereafter;
4. Please use professional lubricating oil for the guide rail of the cylindrical grinder, generally 32 # guide rail oil is suitable;
5. Regularly check whether the steel cable of the external cylindrical grinder worktable is loose, lock it to prevent breakage or affect the accuracy of the hand feel;
6. Regularly clean the workbench guide rail to prevent iron filings from wearing down the guide rail surface, which can affect the accuracy of the guide rail. Cleaning can be done by using a gasoline cloth to wipe it clean. For debris embedded in the wear-resistant plate, it should be gently removed with a shovel. The above actions should be carried out under the guidance of professionals or by a master from an external grinding machine manufacturer;
7. Regularly check whether the body of the cylindrical grinder is unstable and level during operation;
8. If it is a manual cylindrical grinder, the tightness of the steel cable should be checked regularly;
9. If it is a semi-automatic cylindrical grinder, the grinding fluid concentration should be checked weekly and replaced in a timely manner.
Daily Maintenance Of Punch Press
1. According to lubrication requirements, inject lubricating oil into the oil hole and sliding part;
2. Strictly adhere to the safety operation requirements of the punching machine;
3. Before operation, the equipment should be idle for 3 minutes and observed for any abnormal phenomena;
4. When installing the mold, the power should be cut off;
5. After the work is completed, the workbench should be wiped clean, the scraps and debris should be removed, and the power should be cut off;
6. Clean up the work site.
