How do i get a quote?
Very simple, please send us your 2D or 3D drawings and let us know your requirements. We will provide a quotation as soon as possible
How long i can receive a quote?
Normally, we will respond within 2 hours, and the quotation will be provided within 1-3 working days. If there is an urgent need, please inform us in advance that we can expedite it
How to ensure the confidentiality of drawings？
Our company has strict rules and regulations regarding information protection, with dedicated personnel managing drawings. We can also sign NDA agreements with customers if necessary.
What is your MOQ?
We don’t have a minimum order quantity, we can accept even the production of one product.
What is your payment terms?
We usually pay 50% in advance and 50% FAT (First Article Test） before shipment. Special conditions need to be discussed
What is your delivery terms?
Usually, we offer ex work prices, but of course, we can also quote FOB, CIF, or even DDU prices based on requirements
How quickly can i get the parts?
The delivery time depends on the specific process and quantity requirements. Normally, the speed of 3D printing is faster than other processes. Generally, the first sample can be received within 1-3 weeks.
Do you have ability to design the parts?
We currently do not have the ability to design products, but we can understand the requirements of different processes and provide design review services.
What certificate does SENYO have?
SENYO is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
How much import tax about your products i should pay?
The import tax needs to be based on the HS code of your product in the destination country. For small batches of products with lower value, import tax is generally not required too much. We can help from the documents if necessary.

What is your cost for customize a part?
According to the different prices of the products we produce, we will choose the most cost-effective production method according to the requirements to save customers’ costs
How do you meet our dimension requirements？
In the early stage, we will conduct a design evaluation to determine the design scheme. Secondly, we conduct inspections at each production step to ensure that the final dimensions meet the customer’s requirements.
